Is Premium a subscription?
No. Premium costs €9.99 once in the German App Store. This is the regular price, not an introductory offer. Prices in other stores may vary; your local price is shown in the app before purchase. No automatic renewal, credits or scan packs.
What can I use for free?
Scan unlimited pages, correct them and export standard PDFs without watermarks. Free supports up to three active documents. Text recognition and searchable PDFs cover the first five pages per document. Existing saved documents stay usable and exportable.
Can I add new pages to an existing PDF?
Yes, with Premium. Import your PDF and add new scans or more PDF pages. New pages are appended first. Then arrange them freely: drag pages or move them one position earlier or later. You can also add text, check marks, signatures and redactions, and adjust them in your local draft. Scan filters apply to photographed pages, not native PDF pages.
Where are my documents stored?
Scans, text recognition and document analysis are processed locally on your iPhone or iPad. No account or upload to our servers is required. You choose where to export. Device backups follow your settings; keep separate copies of important files.
How does redaction work?
The exported copy is rebuilt from visible page images, without covered content, old text layers or editable PDF annotations. It is therefore not searchable. Your local draft retains the original so you can correct your edits. Review the exported copy before sharing.
Can I restore my purchase?
Yes. Use Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account used to buy Premium. This restores the purchase, not your locally stored documents.
Is the signature a certified digital signature?
No. You add a drawn signature as a visible element. It is not a certified or qualified digital signature.
